• Meet and Greet - Welcome rental tenants, show them around, general local advice. Welcome packs supplied (various specifications). Travel cot hire.
• Cleaning - Regular or one-off cleans for rented or owner occupied properties or initial ‘builders' cleans (for new property). Laundry of bed linen and towels.
• Maintenance, Repairs, New Installs - We have only experienced and qualified tradesmen including: electrician, builder, carpenter and painter. Interior/exterior lighting, building/reforms, tiling, carpentry, painting, air-conditioning, swimming pool and garden servicing.
• Supply/install of safes and locks, fitting of security bars. Free quotations.
