ManilvaCasaCare was established to supply a first class level of service to everybody who owns property in the Manilva, Duquesa, Sotogrande, Castillo and Estepona areas.

We have two principle divisions MANAGEMENT and MAINTENANCE working together to give a cohesive and seamfree service to satisfy all of the various customer needs.

MANAGEMENT including security checks, infestation checking, services monitoring, weekly checks whilst the property is empty and vulnerable.

Meet and greet rental visitors, cleaning, laundry of linen and towels between visitors or mid-term for longer stay tenants, provide welcome packs and generally be on-call for urgent or advice. We can even supply or source child cots, baby walkers, etc.

CARE, MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE go hand in hand

MAINTENANCE is able to oversee not only electrical works, but all functions necessary to repair, maintain or enhance any property.

Our satisfied clientele are happy to refer us to others and have given us excellent references.

We have also received good references from our clients' visitors.

We are regularly in touch with our property owning clients to update them on not only the condition of their property but the points or comments raised by their visitors.

Our standards are high, our teamwork is disciplined, our reputation is probably unparalleled, and it is proven that our quality of service is unbeatable; but we are not complacent and will always strive to be even better.

We charge very fair rates for our services, often charging less than some people who have not really mastered the art of how to look after properties, or people!

If you have a requirement for short or long term rental we are in regular contact with conscientious like minded people who offer professional letting services for properties. So if we recommend any establishment, service or individual, either within this site or in other ways, you may rest assured that we have done our homework before even thinking about recommending anyone.

(However, whils we obviously cannot be held responsible if any third party negotiation or activity is not to your satisfaction, we would certainly like to know!)
