John and Susie were brilliant. The weather was mixed, but it was October, nevertheless we made the most of the pool and loungers when we could. The boys loved it!! Everyone we met was very friendly even though we do not speak Spanish. Next time we will come without the kids for a nice quiet break. We visit Spain approximately three to four times a year. Both my husband and I have been extremely satisfied with this service. We find it very comforting to know or villa is being cared for and watched with extraordinary care. John and Susie have always gone above and beyond any contract obligations in the care of our home, treating it as they would there own. It could have been a very different situation with regards to the enjoyment of our villa if w had to in any way worry about the state of our villa on our arrival after a very very long flight. As it is, we have always had every confidence that we will arrive to a perfect villa and have never been in any way disappointed. Dr and Mrs Baigrie I can confirm that Manilva CasaCare, John and Susie, have taken excellent care of both our properties, and any problems have been taken care of promptly and very efficiently. MCC have access to experienced, reliable and reasonably priced electricians, AC engineers, and other types of tradesmen should the need occur. We have received excellent reports from our guests ref the standard of cleaning, the professional, informative, warm and friendly Meet and Greet service. John and Susie can be totally trusted to act upon their own initiative to solve any problems that may occur, e.g. one of the guys (Matt) who works for my brother was staying in one of our apartments, and he had to call out the paramedics to one of his children. Matt who does not speak Spanish, rang John for advice- John was on the scene within 5 minutes to assist with the situation. I had to do a very quick handover of both properties, whilst we had guests (in less than one day). There were numerous problems to be sorted as a result of lack of previous attention. Susie had a “to do list” of about 30 things-one of which was a very large job-moving and re-organising both linen cupboards. Everything was attended to and completed within two weeks. I might add that this handover was done whilst we had guests in both of our apartments and everything went very smoothly. I communicate with John via e-mail (2/3 times per week in the summer when we are both busy with clients), and all queries are answered very promptly, and nothing is too much trouble. We previously used another management company that resulted in us having a summer from hell to put it mildly. It was clear from some of the complaints we had that weekly checks had not been carried out - we have never experienced problems like that since using MCC.
